1. Introduction

Welcome to GV Florida Transport, Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and bus transportation. By booking with us, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Booking and Ticketing

• Passengers are advised to check all ticket details (date, time, destination) before confirming the purchase.
• All tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by our office.
• Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) before boarding the bus.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Tickets may be canceled or refunded up to 24 hours before departure, subject to a processing fee.
• No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method only.

4. Luggage and Personal Belongings

• Each passenger is allowed a standard luggage allowance. Oversized or excess luggage may incur additional fees.
• GV Florida Transport, Inc. is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

5. Safety and Conduct

• Passengers are expected to follow all safety instructions from the driver or conductor.
• Unruly behavior, vandalism, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the bus.

6. Schedule and Delays

• Departure times are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for missed connections or appointments due to delays.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions.

8. Changes to Terms

GV Florida Transport, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
